This is a 45 minute Telehealth or In person new patient weight loss visit. This visit will include a detailed look at your medical history, previous weight loss and exercise programs, along with lab orders for evaluation of any conditions that could be contributing to weight gain. This visit will require a follow up in 7-14 days to discuss lab results and any new medication treatments. Prescriptions may be administered on first or second visit. This is for patients using their Insurance Benefits. Insurance verification will occur prior to visit. Co-pays or Deductibles will be collected prior to the visit with the provider.
