FemiVive provides KSM-66 ashwagandha®, an Ayurvedic botanical clinically shown to enhance sexual arousal, lubrication, pleasure, orgasm, and satisfaction in women.1,2 In a randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 80 women between 18 and 50 years of age, KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (300mg twice daily) for 8 weeks resulted in significant improvement in Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) mean total scores and sub-scales of desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and sexual satisfaction compared to placebo.1 In another randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 50 women between 21 and 50 years of age, KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (300mg twice daily) for 8 weeks also improved scores in the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) total and sub-domain scores for arousal, lubrication, orgasm and satisfaction.2 The group receiving KSM-66 also exhibited a greater number of successful sexual encounters compared to the placebo group.2. This formula also provides maca (Lepidium meyenii) root, also known as Peruvian ginseng, which is known for its adaptogenic properties.

This 60 minute Telehealth consultation incudes a detailed assessment of your medical history, lab orders, stress and sleep evaluation. We will also go over any current desires for weight loss assistance, nutritional assessment and fitness routine. The visit cost also includes a follow up in 7-14 days to discuss lab results and treatment plan options. A full lab panel is included in this program.
This is a 45 minute Telehealth new patient weight loss visit. This visit will include a detailed look at your medical history, previous weight loss and exercise programs, along with lab tests for evaluation of any conditions that could be contributing to weight gain. This visit will include a follow up in 7-14 days to discuss lab results and any new medication treatments. Prescriptions may be administered on first or second visit. Labs ordered due not include a full hormone panel, weight loss only.
This 30 minute Telehealth or in person follow up is meant for patients that wish to transfer their care to Revitalize. This is a modified new patient visit that will require recent labs and medical records required for any immediate refills.
